Finnair Shop in short

Finnair Shop is a webshop where you can purchase products using your Finnair Plus points, money or a combination of points and money. Please note that there may be product-specific exceptions: for example, you can pay for Finnair gift cards for flights only using money.

In the Finnair Shop you can also pre-order tax-free products for your upcoming flight. You can use your Finnair Plus points, money or a combination of points and money for these purchases as well. The goods will be waiting for you in your seat when you board the plane, and you will make the payment on board.

You do not need to be a Finnair Plus member or logged in to the service to make purchases from the Finnair Shop. However, only logged in Finnair Plus members can earn and use Finnair Plus points for purchases in the shop. Please check that your contact information is up to date by logging into your Finnair Plus account.

You can join Finnair Plus at www.finnair.com/plus. If you are already a registered Finnair Plus member, you can log in to the service using the login box at the upper right-hand side of the front page, or later in the shopping cart.

Instructions

1.

Browse products

Start by browsing the product selection. You can navigate the shop by using the categories at the top of the page.

If you are a Finnair Plus member and you want to use points for products or award vouchers, log in to the service in the upper right-hand corner.

Add products to cart

Click the products for more information.

For award vouchers, select the type of voucher you want to purchase at the bottom of the partner page.

To add products in your shopping cart, select the possible colour and quantity and click “Add to cart”. Please note that you cannot change the quantity for Finnair gift vouchers for flights. If you want to order more than one gift voucher, please add the desired amount to the cart as separate products.

If you’re logged in as a Finnair Plus member, use the slider in the shopping cart to choose the amount of points you wish to use.

3.

Select the payment method

After adding products to your shopping cart, continue to delivery information. If you’re already logged in, the information will be updated automatically. If you’re not a Finnair Plus member, you can fill in your information without login.

Then continue to payment information. If you want to use a campaign code or pay with a Finnair Shop voucher, please add the code or voucher number to the corresponding field.

4.

Review your order and continue to payment

Check your order information and confirm your purchases by clicking “Proceed to payment”.

Pay by using the chosen payment method. The selected amount of points will be automatically deducted from your account.

If you have Finnair gift vouchers for flights in your cart, you can pay for the money portion only by using online banking.

Please note that Finnair Plus award vouchers, Finnair gift cards for flights and Boom Finland home delivery products require separate payment transactions.

After payment, wait until you get redirected back to the Finnair Shop.

5.

Order confirmation

When your order is successfully completed, you will receive an email with order confirmation and possible award vouchers to your inbox.

Please remember to print your vouchers and have them with you in order to use them for the services.

If the order process is interrupted and you have not paid yet, your Finnair Plus points will be returned to your account automatically within a few hours.

Meanings for labels

The 1,000 point special offers are only available for Finnair Plus members with just 1,000 Finnair Plus points. 1,000-point special pre-order items cannot be combined with other campaigns.

Browse products

Pre-ordering is available 30 days before departure.

For flights departing from Helsinki, orders should be placed before 12 noon on the day before the flight.

For flights departing from any other destination, orders must be placed three to five days before departure, depending on the place of departure (for more information, please contact customer service).

Add products to your cart

Click the products for more information, select quantity and click “Add to cart”.

If you select an alcoholic beverage, you’ll be asked to fill in your flight details. Please note that the pre-order product selection varies depending on the route and therefore some products may not be available for your flight.

3.

Confirm your order

After adding all the products you wish to pre-order to your cart, continue to the delivery information. Fill in your flight details, if you have not done it earlier. Please note that the pre-order product selections vary depending on the route and therefore some products may not be available for your flight.

Then continue to select the payment method. However, you will not have to pay for your products before your flight.

4.

Want to change your pre-order?

You can add and remove products from your pre-order up until 3 days before your flight departure. Just follow the link in your confirmation email and make the changes.
